Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, houve um desentendimento entre tio e sobrinho durante a tarde. Posterior, e como era de costume, ele pegou a foice e foi com o irm\u00e3o mais novo de onze anos at\u00e9 uma lavoura buscar pasto, e foi neste momento que o autor, seu tio, atacou o menino. Ele foi golpeado com uma foice vindo a \u00f3bito no local. J\u00e1 o irm\u00e3o de oito anos conseguiu correr de fugir para buscar socorro. Quando os parentes chegaram o jovem j\u00e1 estava ao solo ainda com sinais vitais. O SAMU foi acionado e tamb\u00e9m se dirigiu at\u00e9 o local de dif\u00edcil acesso ao lado do novo loteamento cerca de 500 metros da rua numa lavoura de azev\u00e9m. T\u00e9cnicos do SAMU constataram o \u00f3bito do adolescente. A v\u00edtima, foi identificada como Erick Henrique de 15 anos. A Brigada Militar tamb\u00e9m esteve no local acionando a Pol\u00edcia Civil e tamb\u00e9m o IGP de Santo \u00c2ngelo.
