Ap\u00f3s receber uma den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima, a equipe do 3\u00ba BABM identificou a propriedade e constatou a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa em \u00c1rea de Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente (<em>APP<\/em>), totalizando 1.473 m\u00b2, al\u00e9m da canaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nascente de curso d&#8217;\u00e1gua. Em outra \u00e1rea da mesma propriedade, foi constatada a supress\u00e3o de 853 m\u00b2 de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa, pertencente ao Bioma Mata Atl\u00e2ntica. O respons\u00e1vel n\u00e3o apresentou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente para as interven\u00e7\u00f5es.
